Only Sixteen (1976)

What can I say, the 70's were pretty dire throughout the decade but this was the year I didn't like anything.
Here's one that got by, why, I have no idea except maybe because it was promoted on "The Old Grey Whistle Test" by "Whispering Bob Harris".
