Day 20.3 - Seafood night

King prawn stir-fry; I froze the prawns the day I bought them so, thinking that might adversely affect the flavour, I added some cumin seed, cracked black pepper, and turmeric to the garlic and ginger in which I stir fried the onion, carrot, and sugarsnap peas. The prawns were added last with a splash of soy sauce. Oh, and the oil used was half sesame and half olive oil.
The rice was boiled with a hint of lemon. Yummy.
