The cupboards were bare, but no more, now that I have returned from Tesco with bags full of goodies to be refrigerated or frozen.Tonight's offering was perhaps a tad spicy but nevertheless enjoyable.
Red Thai style chicken breast meat accompanied by Tabbouleh with feta.
