The slippery slope
Tonight we have been "persuaded" to allow both children to sleep in the Study and fall asleep to the TV playing Power Rangers. Tomorrow it WILL be different!

Looks to me like you may have two new guest rooms!
That is not a slippery slope, it is a cliff. I think you may have just walked off it. My suggestion: make it a reward or holiday thing, keep it special.
