Scotsman in the house!

Another of Little Ted's ambitions involves a full size set of these things. He wants to learn to play the bagpipes and we have already found someone willing to teach him.
Of course we haven't broken the news to the neighbors yet; I'm wondering what will happen next door since she responded to the kids having fun in their swimming pool by erecting an eight foot fence (contrary to code by the way). I'm thinking maybe one of us will be moving - haven't decided which one yet :-)
