Drivers in fog

Type 1 : lights on driving at a speed to allow for stopping within the distance they can see.

Type 2: no lights and, ooh I'm frightened in fog so I'll travel in the middle lane at a much slower speed than the rest of the traffic

Type 3: Hell I travel this road at 90mph every day so a little fog won't slow me down and I don't need lights everyone knows this is my road and lane discipline never applies to me.

Oh well - I'm safely at work regardless of these hazards :-)
