Mrs Ted, having invoked the community property law of Texas has gone to Corpus in my truck with Little Ted. He is competing in a UIL math competition - grand mommy has gone with them.
I filled a black bag with garbage, moved a load of "stuff" into the garage, adjusted the seat, steering column, & mirrors, WD40'd the creaking drivers door and set off to breakfast. The vehicle, whilst not my truck, seems fine to me.
Eddy and I will take it out of town after breakfast and test it on the open road but I suspect my conclusion will be that Mrs Ted just wanted to play in the truck today.
Maybe we need to move back to Scotland or at least to a non community property State where no-one can mess with a man's truck!

Thanks for the laugh! my truck man is working ob his 4 poster lift in the workshop, so come on a road trip Ted and get that Mercury fixed here!
