Under the harbor bridge

Friday night and Ted finds himself sitting in the DTown tram under the harbor bridge, accompanied by the faithful Dr Johnson, and waiting for folks to use the free parking for the Jazz Festival. Once they start parking Ted can start shuttling them to the venues.
Friday night football commitments wiped out Ted's complete supply of school bus driving "tram drivers" so here he is - with Dr Johnson - under the harbor bridge.
