What an amazing anniversary cake, I just wanted to reach out and try those clam shells to see if they were chocolate filled!

Lovely Ted! Thanks so much for the post. And Jean, most of the shells on the cake were made with white chocolate, and it turned out beautifully, didn't it?

Thanks for the posts, Ted; I'd rather read through your posts and view your photographs than watch the TV!
Baker friend Angie and I made the shells and coral, Mrs. Ted found a lovely lady in Lamar to bake and use them to decorate the cake. We were all most pleased with the results. Wish you'd been there, (so how was the birthday bash?)
