This is Ted's friend from work; the one that keeps him sane, tells him to get over it when he gets stroppy, and translates for him when other people do not understand his turn of phrase.For some reason she just seems to understand pretty much everything he says which is a handy trait to have for a friend of Ted.
She will probably give me a hard time for publishing this photo but heh, that's life.
My mother in law has commented previously that this young lady looks a lot like my friend Karen who lives in Scotland and funnily enough Eddy just this moment walked into the room and said "is that a photograph of Karen"?

Ted's friend from work looks kind and friendly with a lovely smile; so in that way very like Karen - perhaps that's what prompted Eddy's reaction on seeing the photo?
