We spent the day in Corpus Christi, sans enfants, buying shoes and a desk and then had an early dinner at The Texas Roadhouse: Willie wasn't dining that night.
Then it was home to join the kids, their grandparents, and Cousins Paula and Linda for birthday cake and ice-cream.
