A gaggle of girls and a brace of boys

Eddy (left) and Little Ted (out of shot) got to play with lots of friends on Saturday afternoon. Johnson fell in the duck pond and made everyone wet but they all had fun.

Ted's friend from work

This is Ted's friend from work; the one that keeps him sane, tells him to get over it when he gets stroppy, and translates for him when other people do not understand his turn of phrase.
For some reason she just seems to understand pretty much everything he says which is a handy trait to have for a friend of Ted.

She will probably give me a hard time for publishing this photo but heh, that's life.
My mother in law has commented previously that this young lady looks a lot like my friend Karen who lives in Scotland and funnily enough Eddy just this moment walked into the room and said "is that a photograph of Karen"?
What do you think girls?

An eight year ambition achieved ...

Ted and his mother in law have been trying to walk over the Corpus Christi Harbor Bridge since New Years Day 2000 and finally achieved that ambition today.
Don't they just look so pleased with themselves.

Lots more photographs from their walk can be seen here, titled Corpus Christi.

Pictures which should be on Toast ...

... but Blogger is broken as far as uploading piccies is concerned so Dr Johnson has asked that I put these three photos up 'cos he promised his avid readers that he would:-)
See how Dr Johnson's feet never seem to touch the ground when he is running at full pelt!

The Forth Railway bridge ...

... no, not the 4th bridge, the bridge over the River Forth, or as we like to call it in Scotland The Firth of Forth.
Go figure.
This is another Auntie Ann photograph.
